Yesterday, I talked a little about the mid-year slumps. This ugh-stuff-sucks time of year can be a real pain, and it can be hard to get through. Today, I have a few tips about how I get through them, and some things to avoid during this time of the year.
First though, I want to mention these pajamas. Aren’t they great?! I love the print, and if you look closely, you’ll see that the skiers are kind of retro/abstract. I was hesitant at first, but I caught on. I really like these. The pajamas are really soft, and I like how they’re a little big. They are from the women’s section, but the XS fits me, and I really can’t get enough! I think the lightness and flowiness of these pajamas will allow them to be worn into the summer too.
Now, let’s chat about those winter slumps. Here are my tips and what I’d recommend you do and don’t do to help you feel better.
No matter what your methods are, remember to breathe. Just hold on until the elevator reaches the “spring!” floor. I’m trying hard to take time for myself and focus on what I need to feel more motivated right now. It’s rough, but you (and I) can get through this slump together.
What are your suggestions for these mid-winter slumps? Did I miss anything? Let me know in the comments below!
