Happy Monday! I’m loving that the “wore” rhymes with “24” in the title of this post, haha. In other news, it’s my first day of school in over a week, and I’m trying to adjust again to the routine. I have a good amount (aka a LOT) of homework right now, and I’m kinda feeling like it has no end. Like, I just keep doing homework, and when I’m done, there’s always more waiting for me. Anyone else feel like that with something? Like the homework (or work, or whatever) is on a conveyor belt and it just keeps coming?
Anyways, today I’m talking about these gingham monogrammed pajamas from Petite Plume. They are quite literally the best thing I’ve ever slept in. I have many pairs of pajamas, but these top the list of all of my favorites, probably ever. I think I’ll be buying them (or wishlisting them) again and again (and again for my children in the future??). Here’s what I love:
THEY ARE SOFT
Some pajamas are not. These, to put it simply, are. They are like sleeping in pajamas made from clouds. They have a great temperature, so they don’t get too hot (like some long pajamas I have had in the past). I really enjoy getting into these at the end of a long day. They make sleep even better (if that’s possible).
THEY ARE GINGHAM
Okay, to be honest, most of my pajamas aren’t the most stylish. I often wear pajamas from my school, or plaid bottoms with a t-shirt. I have a few pairs of snazzy sleep sets, and none of those even come close to gingham. I mean, it works in every season, it’s perfectly classic, and it’s not over-the-top! What more could you ask for in a pattern! (Originally, I had asked my mom for the plain navy for my birthday, but it was sold out. Because they still wanted to get me pajamas, my mom and Grammy picked out the gingham instead and I love it even more than the navy!)
THEY CAN BE MONOGRAMMED
These were my first pair of monogrammed pajamas, and I’ll just say: It really does make a difference. I feel special, like they are ~mine~ and just for me. I worried about the white embroidery on the white/navy, but it looks fine. The monogram is super visible and seems to be a slightly different color than the actual white in the gingham so that it stands out. (I will say that it costs a little bit more to have the pajamas monogrammed, but I definitely think it’s worth that $10-ish).
These are my favorite pajamas and I just love wearing them. Are there pajamas you recommend? Have you tried Petite Plume? What do you think?
